I’m looking forward to using my Story Box jigsaw set with a fabulous pupil who is finding it hard to think of ideas to get started with writing.
I used this with F and we had a lovely afternoon in the garden where she chose her story pieces, put them together and then told me her story. I wrote it down (as I will do for my pupil next week) and typed it for her.
I’ll read the story to my pupil next week (or they can read it or we can read it together, whatever they chose).
A blank page can be very scary when you’re young and you feel you don’t have any ideas.
